As a Certified personal trainer in bodybuilding, weight management, nutrition, strength and conditioning, there are a few ways I may be able to help. Assess your current program by evaluating what you're already doing and look for ways to break up the monotony or make slight adjustments elevating them for a successful outcome. Evaluate your present goals. As your PT I will help by seeing if your goals are realistic. Encourage you to stay committed. Having a schedule on a weekly basis will yield a positive exercise experience and motivate you to improve. A friendly nudge. It's hard to see your results if you don't push beyond your limits, I'll help to keep you on track, even on days you may not feel motivated. A nudge here and there will make a difference.
